Our collection of information will be restricted only for the necessity of fulfilling our duties and compliance with legal requirements in the course of providing our services. The collection is to be done via lawful and fair means and where possible only from that individual. Where third parties are used for this purpose the individual concerned will be suitably informed. Personal Information collected will only be held as long as necessary for the provision of our services and where no longer required are to be either destroyed or permanently de-identified. All Personal Information held is available within a reasonable time period on request by the individual concerned.

Bryant & Bryant will not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law or as reasonably required in the course of service provision. Reasonable steps are taken to protect all personal Information held.
