Changes to superannuation legislation now allow self
managed superannuation funds to borrow to invest, providing certain
conditions are met.

yearly deductible contributions up to $25k per year and $50K per year if
over aged 50)
- Low tax rate – 15% on income and potential to achieve 10% on capital gains subject to CGT discount
- Tax free after age 60

- Borrow up to 80% on residential property and 65% on commercial property
